dear naysayers: astral projection is lucid dreaming. @IndigoRockGirl94 when you're trying to project keep your eyes closed,stay still and relax then after a short while you will feel strange vibrations and you feel like you are moving away from your body. Then you need a separation technique try and google it

Oh awesome! I've been having trouble trying to astral project (it only comes naturally once in a blue moon) so I dl'd the mp3, put it on repeat, put in headphones. After awhile of tryign to stay awake, the audio started to have lyrics. I was like... where'd the lyrics... oh wait! There's the audio hallucinations. @andoneballa dont try to controle it, just "observe it". That's the first step, if you "Control your mind" you are using your mind.... just observe it and let it get bored until it shuts down. Do that and FEEL your body. Dont get mad for not "controling" your mind, observe it, feel your body, breath deep for 10 minutes and you are good, and very very soon, without realizing it, you will be observing a QUITE calm mind =)
