  • im from montreal canada and 1) ur over laps the width of ur wand is wrong it should only be max half the width to do a thorough cleaning. 2) ur going too fast. 3) never wear black shoes always white shoes with plastic coverings on them 4) never wear cloths used for golfing or leisure but with proper clean pants and shirt that match with a company logo cause this leaves an impression........ I KNOW CAUSE I WORKED FOR THE BEST CARPET CLEANING METHOD FRANCHISE........CHEM DRY.
