I you hair struggle holding curls, don't apply a serum before, only a heat protectant. An oil based product will create a barrier and will weigh down your hair, and therefore drop the curls

@smallville723 yes. I have naturally curly hair too, and it's much easier to straighten your hair, THEN use a curling iron. Saves you a lot of mess and stress, plus it looks nicer and cleaner.

just ask the hairdresser to dip dye the ends of your hair blonde and you will get a similar result :) i have auburn coloured hair and i put a honey-blonde colour on the ends :)
