  • THIS is the REAL preposition song:

    About, above, across, after,

    (Yankee doodle went to town)

    around, at, before, behind,

    (riding on a pony)

    below, beside, by, down, during,

(stuck a feather in his hat)

for, to, up, of, and, from,

    (and called it macaroni) HEY!

  • im srry but i think this vid was really retarded and i knw the real way to do it was the tune of JINGLE BELLS NOT YANKEE DOODLE and my song went about above across u knw what im not gonna type all that but my song was really reatarded 2 =/ ......... =3 lolz

  • @puppy448 maybe theres is different i have never heard the jingle bell version i have heard the yankee doodle one it doesnt mean either way is the only right one they are both right

  • @puppy448 Obviously memorizing preposition's isn't what you should be learning. Grammar and Spelling would give you more benefit.

  • we sing it to jingle bell rock.

  • We had 30 prepositions to memorize when I was in 5th grade, but we did it to the tune of, "You Are My Sunshine." Gotta love it!

  • we had to sing that too but ours is like this: about above across after along among around at before beside between against within without beneath through during under in unto over of off to toward.....lalalala so yeah...

  • the one that my teacher made us sing was a bit different...

  • A friend of our family taught it to us. She said she learned it when in the 4th grade. She is in her mid-50s now, so it has been around a while. Thanks
