only the plastic ones can go on plastic marble runs why are they going on the colorful marble run my friend told me they did not work very well on the colorful one what if they are bigger what if they get stuck

The giant yellow container is the base of the elevator. It has the on/off switch and that's where the marbles feed into the elevator. Is that what you're talking about?

We started with the Galt Marble run and built from there with different runs that would fit together. I wish I could remember which sites we ordered from, but if you do a Google search for marble runs, a ton will come up.
