I have been thinking about doing this for my three year old. She is very curious and not afraid of water and she knows how to swim fairly well bc I tought her...however I would like a professional to teach her the survival skills she would need if she fell in. I have been afraid she would do this too but better to do it like this than if she were to fall in with no one around to help right?
Too bad....how many times had he been? Crying and fear is always a possibility, but he has to get used to water touching his face at some point. He may even get to the point where he loves swimming. Hopefully he goes again.

drowning is more pleasant? Another kid whose parents will spoil him so he'll never accomplish anything hard.
