London's suburban trains are a disgrace! I frequently visit the UK and stay at Croydon Court hotel between Thornton Heath and West Croydon. Whenever I go by suburban rail there's ALWAYS trouble. First the train's got red light, then there is some technical error, then the driver has won his licence on some lottery and has to drive like 50 km/h...scandalous! When I went Tulse Hill-St Albans I waited for over an hour, had to alight at City Thameslink, wait an hour and it took 80 min to St Albans.

@lcwhk It is not just the problem of overcrowding train, in UK it only have single digit of tphpd for even FCC services. Try to imagine what will you think if you could not get on a train due to overcrowding or overloading and you have to wait say.. 30 minutes for next train?
