I dont think this is a Tai Chi form. I think it is a Hung Fat form, if I am not mistaken it is Ip Sifu.

@reddreamer37 i was just about to write that i just saw another video with Ip Moon doing an umbrella form that was like this but modified to fit a wide and shallow stage.
