Hey i got this phone a few months ago in Hong Kong from ebay and Telstra is coming up when you turn it on and off. I want to know how to take it off and use the motorola symbol instead or is there a way you can unlock the whole phone. Its the coolest phone i ever have i also have the v3 motorola rocks

@paulf1208 its got the telstra firmware installed on it mate, your probably going to have to put up with it or you might be able to find a optus, vodafone, virgin mobile e.t.c firmware online. Hope i helped

I heard lots of shitty comments about this phone but the Razr is one of the biggest selling phones in history so after 10 years with Nokia( my last phone was the awful 5800 music express which I got rid of after one week) I decided to change and the RAZR just ticked all the boxes who needs a smart phone any way , This is smart enough for me and it looks so coooool.

i have one and i love it, the battery life starts as low but it gets better later on, this v9 is the lightest and slimmest phone, the buttons are easy to press, looks good in the hand, and looks good on you when u drive

i hv regrets getting tis phone use to hv v3, i thought tis was going to be a vast improvements to the last razr but not quite ,the menu n everything is still the ol razr confusing, dull n unintuitive the only good thing abt tis phone is its slick design n great sound quality esp thru the headphones but the features arent nothing spectacular n the price is too much... for features that r noneworthy
