So, at the end of the qualification matches in the Math division at the World Championship in Orlando, our team (9090A) was 24th place. Since there are 24 teams selected to form the 8 alliances for division elimination matches, theoretically we would have been the last place team with a change of getting chosen. But no...27th place got chosen instead of us.

i wish my robot jumped like that:( i wish the refs at my competition yesturday knew these rules we had 27 points and the red team had 19? and at the end i put a red one on the goal post so we would get more skill points and they called it a tie

If you experience a bad call, be sure to politely ask the refs to recount before they let you take your robot of the fields. Most refs will be happy to do it if you ask nicely.

@ryan31s ehhhh ya that would work most of the time if they wernt assholes in from michigan (obviously) and i dont know if you know a place named cranbrook well ya they are a bunch of snobby assholes it costs more to put them in school there than a college and well they always piss off the judges and the judges want to get done fast they take the rings off imediately after the match is over then the score comes up after the next match for our round

@michiganskater1995 I just did the math and it is impossible to score 19 points in a match unless you got the autonomous bonus, so i think that you may have miscounted. I'm sorry that you are so bitter about VRC, but it is a community sport that is about sportsmanship.

@tomtortoise Autonomous works like this, At the start of the round you get 20 seconds, in those 20 seconds you gotta program your robot so it does what you want it to do with out you moving the remote, so its like self working robot. After the 20 seconds are done you start with the control. Please respond if you understood

@leodejinro Guys, I'm the 3D animator behind this animation. We put hovering robots and gravity manipulating devices in the game animations so that we do not give away any real design ideas. The idea is for YOU to think, innovate and learn what real engineering is. Hopefully someone will invent hovering cars, let this be your inspiration to go forth and conquer or at least engineer.
