Stupid me, but wouldn't it be a lot easier to slice a potato very thinly, drizzle on some olive oil, sprinkle on some Mrs. Dash, and roast in the oven?
@heaintloveu yeah but white potatoes have pretty much the highest glycemic index of any food. your blood sugar spikes... FAST... and then drops, fast too. the reason Americans pass out on Thanksgiving is not due to the tryptophan in the turkey (you'd have to eat hundreds of turkeys to go into a coma... not possible) but due to the 2 pounds of mashed spuds the average person eats. Sweet potatoes are a lot better than white potatoes tho and your recipe sounds good. w/ sea salt tho.
I wish I had seen this before I bought the 22 mini pack of chips this weekend. Definitely will try the sprouted bread. I need an alternative bad. No MSG for me!
Any brand you can get that is sprouted or at least whole grain. Corn tortillas are also fabulous chips--just cut them in fourths and broil them till crispy, on both sides.
Would u Marry me?

Robyn,
What brand pita and spouted tortillas did you use.? It's hard to find these products with good ingredients.
