  • How did this end up?

  • Maybe its time religion was defined as a group for the betterment of their followers/and or the world at large that does so by the free dissemination of their entire belief system. Meaning anyone that actively charges for "learning/knowledge" can't claim to be a religion. This doesn't mean you couldn't have vacations, groups etc that charged but to learn your core beliefs and attend services they could only ask for donations. And not rip you off for thousands for a "course"

  • The whole US justice system is retarded. Not even considering the innocent. They want to put the loud protest on the other side of the street in front of the home of someone that had nothing to do with the cult to protect the criminals and pull in someone against the protesters to fight them. I don't know about you but if I had nothing to do with something. I would have a problem with you being closer to my house and it the path of hostility from the other side of the street. What bullshit.

  • how on earth did this guy jeff stone ever get to be a county official, he is so biased toward the church its unreal.

  • I t s S e x W i f e D o g J e f f

  • JEFF STONE you Sir are a hypocryte

  • so where the Scientology Protests banned

  • land of the free ! but you must pay!

  • @hate4uall Yep land of the free, but not for free. For lots of money will you be free.

  • This is crazy.

Clearly he was a Prop 8 supporter, too. Douche.

  • this stone is a scientologist. he's allowed to lie to non-members. and he seems to own this town as much as scientology owns him. look how he attacks the first woman speaker with a velvet glove. scientology is very close to Nazism.

  • props to Roy Wilson, at least he looks like he cares about the average American's right to protest.

  • His demeanor completely changed after this meeting and was just as bad as Stone's.

  • oh really? well, i suppose he did vote for the ordinance in the end. He should hvae not let himself been bullied into changing his mind as he did look uncomfortable. This could have been down to the fact that he realised who he was fighting against though...

  • what is this faggotry?

  • Just about every argument except the first girl, was arguing against Scientology, and not the law being considered itself.

I think the main issue was that the laws were ambiguous, or no-existent, and something had to be put on the books.

I'd like to see a map detailing where they want to protest, and where the law moves them to protest at.

  • Jeff Stone the most corrrupt official in America, disgusting.

  • Send this letter to Jeff Stone

As a concern citizen, I am shocked at the attempt against free speech that occurred on Jan 6th.

this infringement on the freedom of speech, can only stand if there is a significant and pronounced risk to private property. Which in this case can not be demonstrated. So please, i strongly recommended that you reconsider your stance on this issue, and do not reinstate that which you have already retracted.

  • what shocked me is how this still passed, after so many speak againest it. makes you wonder who is running the city, does this public hearing really mean anything, or is everything already decided by back room dealing.

  • she is a droling freak. i am not a cos fag but, she isnt prfessional.

  • Such blatant disregard for the first amendment...

This, folks, is the power of money.

  • Jeff Stone takes gifts from Scientologists.

  • I'm not FOR scientology, but i'm not FOR wearing stupid masks in court, what the fuck does she think she's doing..

  • Protecting herself from being fairgamed

  • Lol i really don't think a crappy little mask will help to be honest..

  • The problem, Jeff Stone, is that Scientology is NOT a religion. It's a pseudo-science.

  • its in no way any type of science either. Its just a scam, nothing more.

  • LOLLLL@ "cat woman"!!! Last I remembered, she had some banging curves.

  • Jeff Stone seems to know very little about Scientology but is more then happy to except their money to Scientology's first amendment rights over the top of anyone against this criminal organisation.

Jeff the bought politician (adding another crook to the bunch)

  • Jeff Stones pharmacy doesnt stock or dispense regular prescription drugs. It makes up concoctions from different elements. A lot of vitamins, minerals, herbs and nutritional supplements are used. Gold Base is thus one of Jeffs biggest clients.

  • Jeffrey Stone, Riverside County Supervisor and owner of Innovative Compounding Pharmacy in Murrieta is lobbying to persuade Riverside County Counsel to prohibit peaceful picketing near Scientologys Gold Base. Mr. Stones pharmacy supplies Scientologys Gold Base with niacin and other vitamin mixtures.

Many people are outraged that the right to Freedom of Speech and Peaceful Picketing are being infringed upon.

  • Why doesn't someone protest in front of Jeff Stone's house? Or maybe protest in front of one of the Massage Parlor's ( rub-n-tug ) places that I hear Jeff likes to go.

  • This putz is forgetting that the "freedom of speech"-thing means that they cannot legally do this. If they mean to protect Co$'s property, the only thing they can do is set a designated distance, like at the abortion clinics.

So, tough shit on Riverside County. Epic Fail on their part.

  • probably given a free stress test.

  • Stone is now officially a whore.

  • 487 U.S. 474

    108 S.Ct. 2495

    101 L.Ed.2d 420

Russell C. FRISBY, et al., Appellants

    v.

Sandra C. SCHULTZ and Robert C. Braun.

    No. 87-168.

    Argued April 20, 1988.

    Decided June 27, 1988.

Syllabus Brookfield, Wisconsin, enacted an ordinance making it "unlawful for any person to engage in picketing before or about the residence or dwelling of any individual," and declaring that the primary purpose of the ban is to...

  • In this country you can protest without being persecuted, if the protests becomes violent or uncivil then theirs issues. For all the evidence of the protestors they never should any illegal activity. This country was founded on freedom of speech. When you silence critics, or opposition you silence freedom.

  • Wow fellow true anon here, I'm giving her props for being brave and speaking in front of the council but the fat talking cow @ 3-6ish minutes in needs to stfu & gtfo I cannot stand her lisp and stupid fucking mask. "I'm not an anon i just wear a mask...lul" HIGHLY UNLIKELY desperate newfag trying to fit in/ have a purpose in life

  • Its not a religion its a sick twisted abusive UFO cult

  • you forgot terrorist and anti-freedom.

  • Free Speech Zones, are NOT FREE SPEECH. They are UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!

We have laws that prevent someone from harassing, blocking property's, trespassing, etc., during a protest. That are Constitutional. And under the law.

What these TREASONOUS city counsel members want is a free speech zone.

Well, no dammit you cant have one. I wont let you do it, you don't have the authority, precedence, law, or any other instrument that empowers you to do so. You cant, you don't have it.

  • What will happen is the $cientologists will just build a residence every 50 feet around the perimeter of the compound.....whether they are inhabited or not is not considered.....it just says residence!

The $cientologists will also use it to say that anyone protesting cannot pass the place as it will be claimed as a targeted residential picket!

    Fucking corrupt politician cunts!

  • You should have been born 600 years ago.

  • quit being a cult then we will stop being protesters... Course that kinda hard for a Cult not to be a Cult, just as hard as a cat not being a cat.

  • It bothers me how eager Jeff Stone appears to want to pass this ordinance from the beginning. Not even the slightest glint of hesitation in his eyes.

  • roy wilson is sweet

  • oh, may also want to send this as proof against jeff stone to who ever addresses corruption with public officials. these claims he makes in this video about Anonymous have been disproved when they were first put out by co$. /watch?v=GLH8ksHbCkg&feature=related

  • Why is this man still in office when he is obviously a mouthpiece of the so-called "chruch"?

  • not sure if anyone has filed a complaint and asked for an investigation into corruption of jeff stone yet. if and when this happens, im sure they will find a lot of interesting things.

  • they can't do that!

it's our consitutional right to protest!

  • Where are the ACLU lawyers when you need them?

  • That's ridiculous. It's well within our constitutional rights to protest any damn thing we want.

  • Scientology is now trying to ban the right to protest? And it passed? this is just sad and pathetic.

  • perhaps take the video of scientology picketing in front of Mark Bunker's house to the council? you know, just a little show and tell about what scientology does.

  • THIS! Please do what you can, WBM.

  • Don`t forget about the 2 scilons who picketed agentorange`s place-vid is on youtube. I think Tommy Gorman said he picketed Kristi Wachter (she naintains the scn completions list) and realpeach when he was in (pic of him with picket sign is somewhere, maybe lermanet).

  • i think it would be a good idea of all evidence of these things as well as the paper naming a "Jeffery Stone" as completing scientology classes to the next hearing.

  • That Stone character is a paid Scientology criminal. He needs to be dragged out of office and needs to be investigated and be sent to prison.

  • Graham Barry wins.

  • Stone wins the Anonymous award for biggest tool to Scifaggotry. Too bad for Co$fags and Stone. Guess you guyz forgot the Constitution overrides bullshit. This illegal restriction was temporarily suspended btw.

  • it was?if so, very nice work:D

  • Have you more details on this? It'd be a seriously sick travesty if the protest right is gone.

  • Good for you Madison!!!!! Wahoo!!!! Ignore those stupid******comments.. You go girl.

  • See how EASILY people can get bought!

They should show the stuff that the Scions do, they cause more harm than good and I guarantee more people will die because of Scientology, you wait and see.

Scilons people protest in front of psychiatry places and no one is making a big fuss, but if someone protests against them, they go batshit.

  • license or been able to set up shop in the first place. So in an essence, the city council is saying that there is no separation of Church and state. This basic board of county supervisors have no authority to rule over the constitution of the US.

  • Yes, this matter is a free speech issue, but this also falls under separation of church and state. I'm not saying that $ciotology is a church, because it is far from it. But, they have received tax exempt status as a "church". There for, as a "church" they are entitled too be zoned as a residential area, if they are in a residential area, they should have not been able to receive a

  • She is doing something.... I guess you are just ignorant, you can have a pass....:-/

  • Anonymous - People who act anonymously without revealing information on who they are etc Example: John Doe. The people who are protesting have every right to protect their identity no matter where you go, even if its on the net. Scientology's Definition of anonymous - Cyberterroists, Religious Bigots. So does that mean they think EVERYONE is like that if someone goes anonymously to a picket? Or speaks out against them but doesn't reveal their name? Idiots.

  • Oi! Co$fags need to GTFO whether they post tits or not!

  • DASTARDLY

  • How much money did he get paid to defend these Scios.

  • Scientologist wear t-shirts that say Psychiatry kills. They protest also.

  • Favorited. Daylight is the best disinfectant.

  • You can ban protesting near Dwarf Midget's cult zone, but you can't ban it everywhere! Scientology will fall.

  • Anonymous fucking sings Rick Astley at teh protests, and this tool says they have the potential to hurt people...

  • Yes that is right protect a cult.....Mr Stone you are a tool.....

  • You can't ban protests! This whole country is a "free speech zone". Every american has the right to free speech...it's in the constitution which you traitor's ignore.

  • I wonder if the council members are having second thoughts about other previous ordinances that Jeff Stone was able to get them to pass? google jeff stone + scientology, There was a jeffery stone that completed the route to infinity course on the freewinds. it is a common name

  • more proof for a corruption investigation maybe?

  • $cientology is quite dangerous.

it seems they feel that there moral code exempts them from all legal consequences as if they are above the law.

That mask is making that lady look very insecure. If anyone of those pompous cultists tried to protest on my property i will pepper spray them.

  • They act hostile towards the masks, but it was they who put one on in the first place when they started being the deceptive group that they are.

  • nicely said GetTheCans.

  • so angry.................

  • "jumping" on peoples property!! who jumps where?! ive never seen any protesters jumping on anywhere anyhow!! frrrrigin heck.

  • $cientology could build a base near all the meth labs.

  • he is a, how do you say, TOOL!

  • Anyone wanna tae bets on whn they start building houses/ condos along the perimeter?

  • *sad* i live in Riverside :(

  • you aren`t the only unlucky one; we all want to get out under the political corruption here! It`d be nice to close down gold-too.

  • "The President of The United States does not get an exemption from picketing because he lives upstairs at The White House; neither should the leader of the Church of Scientology."

    Very well put!

  • you guys that went (and protest gold) kick so much ass. I admire how much time you have put into speaking out against scientology. You are all doing a lot of good and I can't wait to see this evil cult fall apart and the people at the top arrested

  • It's astonishing how the United States Constitution doesn't apply in Riverside County, California. The sheriff's department even refuses to arrest people who batter and assault others..... just as the Clearwater Florida Police Department approves of people assaulting others with hammers.

Scientology and law enforcement goes together like shit goes with ice cream.

  • Stone sure don't know nothing about the CoS, does he??

  • IT'S NOT PERSECUTION! Scientologists are a bunch of babies!

"Persecution refers to unwarranted arrest, imprisonment, beating, torture, or execution. It also may refer to the confiscation or destruction of property." This has NEVER happened to Scientology, EVER. I'm appalled by Scientology and by Riverside County. Sci makes me wanna barf now.

  • The first woman should have prepared her speech better.

  • she was nervous...it happens, she did fine

  • Dammit, IT IS NOT A RELIGION.

  • thanks for documenting this. I hope it goes to a higher court.

    they can't win.

  • bought and paid for. Free speech not available to all.

  • Could have shown a picture of a Scieno guard walking around Gold with an AK47 and Jeff still wouldn't have changed his mind. Sad sad sad

  • YAY! Rights have been taken away from citizens!!

    Hey, wait a minute...

  • This is a first ammendment issue. Its the freedom of assembly, there can be no real case against it. If it's a church, its not private property as far as I'm concerned.

  • Get supertall signs or balloons or have small aircraft fly over with banners or paint words with clouds above the compound.

  • As a representative of anonymous I have chosen to contact Mr. Stone as all of you should. Contact information: Riverside Office [map] 4080 Lemon St. 5th Fl Riverside, CA 92501 (951) 955-1030 Fax (951) 955-2194 Menifee [map] 29995 Evans Rd. Suite 103 Sun City, CA 92586 (951) 301-5414 FAX (951) 301-8571 Hemet Office [map] 1025 N. State St. Hemet, CA 92543 (951) 791-3490 Fax (951) 791-3465
  • Really stupid comity of people all Scientology has to do is put up a residence on the other side of the street and have 1 person stay there. This will effectively create a no picketing zone. Law is so easily misused when so poorly written. 50 feet from the actual residence not the property line would be best. This will be misused almost right away by Scientology I guarantee it.

  • I am not well versed in american law, but isnt that anti constitutional? the right to free protest is an amendment or some crap?????

  • yeah, it is in the same ammendment as the freedom or religion, speech. The right of assembly

  • Glad to have ya back, Mr. Bunker. Also, I must say that I am disappointed in the Riverside County area for taking a shot at our protests. This is a very sad day for free speech.

  • Keep on fighting.

  • $cientology banning free speech!!! How disgusting is this Cult? Taking over and destroying america one step at the time!

  • Don't be such a drama queen.

  • Marion Ashley after 38:57 says, "..I wouldn't want people protesting directly in front of my house.."

Well, Mr. Ashley, I don't want people in government offices taking my right to peaceful protest away. If you don't want protesters don't misbehave. If you continue taking away the rights of American citizens, you might see protesters sooner than you think.

  • Jess Stone bought all the propaganda that Scientology put out about Anonymous and thinks he knows the facts.

  • 487 U.S. 474 108 S.C.t. 2495 101 L.Ed.2d 420

Russell C. FRISBY, et al., Appellants

    v.

Sandra C.SCHULTZ and Robert C. Braun.

    No.87-168

Very similar Case, in which, appellants won the case in the supreme court.

  • i hope this shows people how to bring to light proper arguments against policy. the first speaker sounds very unorganized.

  • Mark is back!!

  • That is just sad....

  • look, you people protesting in this organized legal system look foolish. the people in favor of the arguments look professional and their thoughts are well thought out. the protesters are reverting back to their street tactics and evidence that mean nothing to this ordinance.

  • Glad to see XENUTV posting videos again.

  • Jeff Stone is a tool and a fool.

  • does this guy even ask why there is such a big protest?

we should NOT have the right to choose that "religion."

we dont have the right to kill ourselves. why have the right to submit your soul and finances to slavery

  • I like the Roy Wilson guy, he really seems to understand the wider implications here.

  • Well as long as that whole "property line" thing isn't a problem, and that there's only two 50' radius bubbles at Gold where no protesting can occur... I guess the ordinance is fine. It can prevent Scilons from protesting other people's homes so it's all good.

  • No, it`s NOT good because scn has property on the other side of the road and no sidewalk, too, so that cuts out picketing.

  • supervisor = co-opted?

  • Keep making the protest entertaining. Above all, we must entertain. That way, like I witnessed in Oslo a week ago, people will laugh and shake their heads when they walk past the stress-test stands around the world.

It was a beautifull sight, as I sat there testing the e-meter and laughing to myself, people walked past me with raised eyebrows, giggles and ridicule. Keep up the downstat! Spreading information works!

  • Jeff Stone says this is not the forum to disclose allegations against the church but he seemed to have no problem freely sprouting allegations against anonymous in the previous meeting

  • Really bad decision by the board, oh and two members not present. I wonder how the other two would have voted.

  • this is just another case that legal professionals can sight as evidence of scientology's organized criminal activity. seeking to pass laws like this is absurd and anti-democracy. If this is enforced or cited to stop protests in general; riverside country will pay for it with their wallets and the council will not have served the citizen very well at all.

  • we`re already paying for it! $cientology calls the law and 5 sheriff`s cars show up(for 3 people) and stay for hours...that`s OUR tax money!

  • In reality, this ordnance can easily work against the CO$. They are the ones most likely to picket(smear campaign)someone's private residence, like they did to Mark Bunker.

  • Also AO in Lake Elsinore! He has at least one yt vid! Here`s one: watch?v=5i0mjsZGV7o

  • It's not the people who have the religion that's the problem, it's the organisation behind it that we stand against. "Freedom of religion" does not excuse cults from the law.

  • Honestly, why does that matter?

She had her say. It was important. I don't care if she had on a purple afro and a clown nose, what she SAID mattered more than how she chose to dress herself.

  • PS I thought Madison did very well.

  • This property, threatened by pamphlets(?), is defended by razor wire and a sniper emplacement.

And Scientology is NOT A RELIGION, so Stone's argument is specious.

Since when was Gold 'private people's property'? It contains a slave labour camp which they don't want made public.

  • Nobody passed out pamphlets, nor could. The gold slave compound keeps everybody locked up when picketers come by.

  • scientology is not a bona fide religion.

  • can't wait to see the latest from this little Scientology foot-nuke.

Didn't the motion get revoked/put on hold for further review?

  • wbm, it think the date in the description box is inaccurate, it currently reads 1/6/08. Thanks for posting this.

  • Thanks.

  • What do the residents of the area feel about those loud speakers blasting that horrible noise?

So do they get to protest at Gold Base?

  • a video about this i seen had jeff stone stand up and give a speech making claims about Anonymous that have already been disproved when co$ put the same claims out. wouldn't that sort of call for an investigation into possible corruption or anything like that?

  • The fact that he plugged the Gold base produced "films" as "for worldwide distribution" made me raise an eyebrow...Sounds like something memorised by rote, out of the mouth of DM himself.

  • Yet another upload from the beardmister!

  • Jeff Stone, what disgusting pandering political hack under the influence of the CoS. It's because of people like Jeff Stone that we need a constitution to protect us. The constitution is there specifically to protect us from dangerous fools like Jeff Stone.

    Barry was simply brilliant.

  • keep up the good work
