  • I hope Nixon veto's the revised version.

Why vote if the legislator's are just going to overturn the will of the people.

  • As mentioned before, the laws to stop animal cruelty are already in place, they need only be enforced. See for yourself. There is nothing here to debate. Compare current law to Prop. B. *Mo. laws are even more strict and far more humane and sanitary.

READ CURRENT LAW! VOTE NO on Prop. B

  • I have two friends who adopted animals rescued from puppy mills. These puppy mills need to be shut down but makes me wonder who or what they will try to get their hands on next to abuse. There will always be ill minded people in the world and I guess we will always have to make laws to stop their sick behavior. VOTE YES IN PROP B.

  • More food for thought--have read that 82% of the funding BACKING THIS BILL (Prop B) is coming OUTSIDE the State of Missouri. Obviously, Intelligent Missourians would not be funding something this deceptive! "SHOW ME" NO BS!

Responsible breeders who treat their animals like family are the ones targeted here! Educate yourselves and VOTE NO on Prop B!

  • @KnowledgeisPower2011 Oklahoma (republican bill writers) passed almost a verbatim law which everyone two years later considers a huge success across party lines in that state. In 3 weeks you'll forget about this law. This is a drip by drip process as we seek world domination thru innocent appearing bills. Ha Ha Ha Ha. The mandarin

  • Hey! Have you noticed that on most YES Supporting Videos--people will not allow any opposing comments--but on nearly all the VOTE NO videos--all comments are welcome! Kinda shows who is biased and who is not!

Thank you all for Voting NO! YES VOTERS, DON'T WORRY--WE WILL CANCEL OUT YOUR VOTES! :)

  • Nothing in this or the subsequent videos in anyway effectively counters the arguments FOR passing this ballot initiative, in fact most people are horrified that the Law wasn't this strict regarding animal husbandry. To say that it will not effect unlicensed breeders or current law-breakers is a weak and phony argument. The Federal Government on behalf of good people everywhere has decreed a minimum level of ethical treatment and you must abide by, and it should pass. Vote YES on B.

  • Please remember---we invite your commetns if you disagree with our opinion...However we removed recent comments that contained profanity...Please repost your comment without profanity

  • Sorry I don't like puppy mills. Neither do many Missourians.

  • I am all for prosecuting anyone in violation of animal cruelty, and I have the utmost respect for the Humane Society. Proposition B was not written by the Humane Society that you and I know, nor does it improve on current animal care legislation. We can put a stop to animal cruelty with the enforcement of current laws set forth by the state and federal departments of agriculture. The real issue at hand is funding the USDA who is obviously understaffed to inspect and enforce the law. VOTE NO ON B

  • @trebor7tube Thats a outright lie It is designed to impove the standand the current animal cruelty law.You know some of us actually put the issue of animal abuse ahead of the all mighty buck. It's absolutely appauling to see how hard some people will fight to have the right to abuse a living creature for person gain. It's nauseas me to listen to people try to disguise their motive and get on here and lie their butts off. This boils down to 1 things.humane greed. Shame on you

  • you abuse animals. bottom. you are cruel and money hungry.

  • You are a bastard! I don't understand imposing cruelty on animals. why do you think opposing prop b is a good idea. i understand that you lack education and clear judgement of thought, but you still surprise me. You hurt animals. I am working to stop you. I hope people realize that greed is youu motivator.

  • What would be more effective in a video would be to compile footage of abusive and irresponsible Pet Owners--to show that Puppymills are NOT the only source of animal cruelty. Just common citizens that chain their animals to trees with no food and water or leave them out in the hot sun. The HSUS is good at pulling on the heart strings of individuals by video taping kennel animals--as if Puppymills are the ONLY source of animal cruelty. Hunting dogs are not even covered by this bill.

  • There is a way to STOP Puppymills--but punishing ALL Responsible Breeders is NOT the way. Corporate Control is NOT the way! Making our State and USDA people accountable IS the way! Another ? for doubters--Why does this bill leave out unlicensed breeders and hunting dogs? I have seen hunting dogs in horrid conditions! This bill may sound good--but it is a HSUS Power grab in disguise!!! I appreciate my American Rights and Freedoms and do not want them stripped away! Please Educate Yourself!

  • Puppy mills are like stils & "pot" farms....HIDDEN. We need to hire people to enforce the laws we already have on the books...that would take care of running those folks out of business without burdening the honest breeders? I rescue, so I've seen first-hand the horrors and wish I could treat those people the way they have treated sweet innocent animals. I just don't think Prop B is the answer...Money to hire enough people to find the "mills" & enforce current laws would do a better job.

  • @1194duke Your comments were thoughtful and interesting. However, no Missouri citizen would agree to vote a single penny to hire anybody. The fact of the matter is every small town in Missouri (untold/unseen story) has a city dump & the animal control officer does what he has to do. He is poorly paid and these small/large towns/cities are broke. Thousands of dogs get whacked and we don't want to know about it. Let's get Missouri up to about 25th in puppy mills instead of first. Thanks.

  • H$U$ wants to get rid of all animals including livestock go to Farm Bureau and find out all the details. Eggs are now 4.60-8.00 in Calf. because they kicked out the chicken farmers. Shame shame on H$U$. The top good ole boys are making millions and only give less than 1% of donations to local shelters to help dogs. Shame on anyone that gives money to them! This is all about the money trail thealliancefortruthdot com Wake up American VOTE NO NO NO on Prop B

  • I love seeing dogs with open sores from crowded caged conditions. Keep up the great work to keep freedom to do that!

  • I urge anyone viewing this video to actually READ the statute: 2010 Initiative Petitions Approved for Circulation in Missouri

Statutory Amendment to Chapter 273, Relating to Dog Breeders

    2010-085, Version 1 VOTE YES.

  • Just look at what has happened in Florida and California after these kinds of bills past ! Florida has the highest unemployment rate in the country and California is close to bankruptcy ! VOTE NO on PROP B or we all will suffer !

  • @MsMoFoxtrot I don't really care if these people become unemployed. If you're going to do it, do it right.
