This track was completely underrated.
For me the section from 2:40 is a seminal example of 90s Trance. Powerful, beautiful, inspiring. I never saw this available except as a b-side.

Yes, it was Chris Cowie. He went by many names including; X-Cabs, Canyon, Deniro, Vegas Soul, etc. The guy is a master.
