Great beginners' video. Don't rush as a novice, you will regret it later when you progress slower than you should, and play sloppier than you otherwise would. And your hand will ache, there's no way around it. The pain won't last.

Take your time, you will thank this guy for showing you the correct way to start off as a guitarist. Good luck, everybody.

Don't worry about your hands being small, I've had many students with small hands who can now play wide and difficult stretches after using exercises like this one. Good luck!
