  • Vegetable ninja :D!!!

  • My goal is to eat as many whole foods as often as i can.

  • I'm already thin. Now I need to be young aswell. God I'm sad.

  • If I had to drink that crap the idiots gave the detox group I would not do/like it either. When I juice tomatoes, celery, spinach, carrots, etc, the result is a gloriously beautiful, healthy, wholesome juice drink, tasting pure and delivering vital nutrients to my entire body. Whatever they gave these fools, that brown sludge, was disgusting. Don't fool yourself: Fruits and vegetables are foods of life; stay with your toxic dead animals and booze is you want disease and early death. BBC=morons!

  • Detox is the best way to lose excess weight. The problem is these fucking morons who don't have much excess weight and eat junk along with the essential nutrient. These bitches don't need to lose weight, but it does help with energy. Eating is not a diet plan, it's a fucking lifestyle - eat process foods and chemicals you will be unhealthy, eat organic and essential nutrient and you will be healthy, simple as that.

  • good video

  • @Ameeran5 I never once struggled in Oxford or Cambridge. Magic cities, too.

  • @Ameeran5 can I move there & live inside your heart? ;)

  • I'm addicted to these shows. Almost makes me want to move to the UK.

  • fruit ninja! 9:45 to 9:52

  • also detox isnt done mixing ingredients...

  • i love bbc i wish america had these kinda shows

  • i was told by my highschool cooking teacher red foods slow the ageing process. she asked us to guess her age, and we thought she must be about 35-40. she had short blonde hair, tan skin with no leathery skin damage from the sun and very few wrinkles, the only evidence she was older was her thighs were really big. she told us she was 70.

    O.O

i did think it was really weird when she said she was talking to her 41y.o daughter on the mobile lol

  • @shcnoozlebop she was lying, you have to retire at 65

  • @moonmaidens not in australia in the state of victoria, i had a teacher who was elderly when i was in prep class in primary school.

  • @shcnoozlebop oops my mistake! apologies!!

  • @moonmaidens and it was a few years ago i last had her as a teacher lol coolbananas

  • When they showed the Kiwis and strawberries, I was like 'Oh shit! I wish I could lick the screen'. #LOL

  • Become a raw foodist and reverse your age by 5 years or more.. Its no easy conversion, it took a health nut like me two years to leave cooked food.

  • I'm finding so many problems with this "experiment".

First of all, a proper experiment must contain at least 30 test subjects in each group. This prevents any sort of outlier information, putting a bias on the information. Five subjects in each group doesn't prove anything.

Secondly, to further prevent any sort of bias, the subjects should not not know if they are the control group or the experimental group. They shouldn't be aware of the other group, because it can effect the results.

  • @ninegrainbread They may be simply showing the results of more controlled, precise tests, in a way the 'average' person can understand. Not to mention a flashier way, to hold the viewer's attention.

  • @ninegrainbread if the results are objective, it probably doesnt matter, and this isnt scientific...its a BBC program...

  • @ninegrainbread The tests were simply highlighting previous studies, they were only doing the tests again to confirm the info to the viewer and for illustrative purposes

  • @ninegrainbread They are mock-experiments, made for entertainment purposes only, but they are usually showing the results of real research. I know, a disclaimer/warning wouldn't hurt...

  • @ninegrainbread very true. Labelling one of the two diets as detox already has a placebo effect.

  • @ninegrainbread oh my god you are so dumb, I hope you are not mathematician

  • @ninegrainbread I think they "recreate" more scientific and documented experiments to increase the entertainment value. I do however think it gives people the wrong idea of the scientific principles, and that it in that manner undermines the public perception of science as a way of knowing.

  • @ninegrainbread A proper experiment doesn't reach the general public (you'll have to read the literature if you want information like the kind you're describing instead of watching BBC on youtube). I'd say a 1000 test subjects. But maybe this isn't realistic (also, anything over 8 becomes hard for the TV watcher to follow).

Second, how do you propose we keep it a secret from people what they're eating?

  • but why shes not toned n fit ?

  • just eat mostly Raw Organic fruit, Veg super foods and super herbs, and no meat. easy. Look up David Wolfe :)

  • For me detox is drinking freshly squeezed juice for a week.

  • i love BBC. uk has such interesting tv shows.

  • @acuptoftea Yeah, It's great. We are forced to pay over £140 to have the BBC even if you don't watch, want or like it!!!

    Now that's interesting. ;(

  • 0:21..WHOA!!! :-o

    kinda creepy..

  • beautiful mate!!

  • thank you
