my guy is a level 14 and i already have a level 81 char so i wanted to do another one but when i give septius the transcribed lexicon he tells me to wait and usually hes supposed to give u the next quest but he just keeps telling me to wait and doesnt bring up the next quest i have waited atleast 2 weeks in-game and still nothing SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

1)activate bookshelf

2)go to the books option

3) read the oghma infinium

4)press o or w/e it is for your console to leave the book

5)press square or w/e it is for your console to add the book to shelf

6) tkae back and repeat and always do it fast or the boo kwill disapear and ya done son

couple of questions:

1. once you get ur elder scroll in the storyline and the wizard gives you the oghma book for the FIRST time do you read it there or not?

2. do you have to be at least lv 15 or can it be lower? (im lv 12 now)

this helped loads, but what would and i have tested this, is that before you choose a certain path, pick the same guardian stone as it becuase it makes you learn the skills 20% faster, i did this and when i was done i had gone from a level 18 to a level 81...hope this info helps anyone :)
