Instead of having to get used to this, which takes A LOT practice, Just take out the middle F's. So, instead of (F R U R' U' F' x2), its (F R U R' U' R U R' U' F) Just four moves longer but easier to do!

Another shortcut for the same point of the solution is to twist your front+middle layer together, right, up, right inverted, up inverted, front+middle inverted, gets the same result. (Algorithm would look like: FM, R, U, Ri, Ui, FMi)

Obviously we know your lieing . Unless you use the fridrich method or another advanced method you cant solve it that fast. Layer method fastest record time was like 37 seconds. DONT LIE lol

dude. i got fast fingers and i also got lucky, i didnt have to do the last step (i dont know how or why that happened) my average is around 1m Zstoors says he does it in 40s and i solve it by doing the green cross, thts the only way i know how!
