One of the most famous scenes happened right in between 9/10 and 10/10 (Marty yelling at the Doc "I've got to tell you about the future!") and it's nowhere on youtube. :(

Probably the single most unrelentingly tense ending in film history, save for a few choice selections.
No matter how many times I see this movie I never know if Marty will make it in time. So many things are stacked against Marty hitting the cable at "precisely 10 o' 4 PM" coupled with incredibly tense editing you forget you've seen it a thousand times and grind your teeth till the lightning bolt crosses that cable. Masterful filmmaking!!!
Everytime I watch this iconic scene my heart pumps fast and the music score that Alan Silvestri gave is so excellent, along with Zemeckis & Gale's screenplay and Zemeckis directing,so thumbs way up for this one of my favorite teen movies of the 80's that changed the history of cinemas.
The suspense in this scene is brilliant, there's so much to be afraid of; speed, heights, lightning. It's all so basic and relatable, nothing too CGI crazy or out of the ordinary. Easy to put yourself into the movie.
@anticlimatic21 hi im a media student and i am writing about this scene, can anyone help me spot camera angles, movements, and shots? and possibly Mise en scene too.

@emir0721 Or as Doc Brown would put it "Fascinating... Prohaps this one sing point in time is a convergence point for everything! Or maybe its just a coincidence..."
it should of said 1984 on the dash bored but close enough.

They're remaking the Delorean only this time it's electric
So we'll have Deloreans that can run on lightning by 2015 but not hoverboards

@HarmKnight Yes, in the opening scene of Part III, sort of a flashback to the ending of Part II.
