Three local children from a local group were chosen to help out lay the wreaths etc at the The video doesn't show the other two. It is up to the individuals if they hand it to the kids or lay it themselves.

How ignorant and how disresepctful the Herald photgrapher was when he walked in front of the camera during the last post. It's one thing to be paid to take photos, but another to walk around when everyone else were showing their respect. Is he better than the rest of us? I bet he would have blown his top if someone had walked accross his photo. Some people are so ignorant.
