I can understand if there was a concern about you bleaching your skin for health reasons. It can get a little dangerous.But other than that I think the comments were unnecessary. yes I use baking soda and salt to brush my teeth and it does work to brighten your teeth up. Also try some lemon juice.

You so rock... it's nice to see a woman that's comfortable in her skin... I'm biracial (latino/white) and remember my darker cousins always telling me that I looked gross and needed to go out in the sun. I came to a point many years ago where I just decided to love my self and eff stupid stereo types. I married and have two daughters, one that's olive skin toned and the other very white and they both are happy and confident in their beauty. Stay beautiful and happy! People always hate that =)

There is no difference between bleaching skin and wearing weaves/relaxing etc, you are still changing your natural racial appearance on in belief that its more attractive/acceptable.
