You can change the colour just like any other power. If travel powers for archetypes change to a set colour, this will too. I havent played this game in nearly a year though so don't know anything recent.

Whats faster Light Speed or Super Speed? i have super speed at the moment, and i think Light speed looks cool, but dont know if its worth the upgrade

There are people who will tell you lightspeed is faster. This is WRONG. It has been confirmed by the devs that the two are absolutely the same. The change is purely cosmetic.

Has your character actually got lightspeed? It is a travel power like all others. You have to go to the powerhouse and pick it as your travel power, which may mean redconning you character. If your character does have the power and the graphics effect isn't working, then you will have to i) file a bug report (note that the wait time on that can be months) and ii) post about it on the official forum which devs at least used to read. Or PM @Robobo ;)

That music comes with the power. It triggers the moment you start running. In this video I had sound effects turned up to max and everything else down to min though to make it this clearly audible. It annoys some people to no end, other like it :)

It is the same speed as superspeed only the looks change.... but then again that's all that matters in champions online right? we create what we like to have fun ourselves so if we like the way it looks then it's worth it.

Champions Online? It's very casual compared to other MMOs. Very solo friendly. So not everyone enjoys it.

Not too much immersion as originally they tried to go for a lot of tongue in cheek humour and overshot their goal by miles and miles.

Got the best character customization though in any game when it comes to looks (I got a video tutorial for that here).

Currently I am not actually playing. Their community manager should realize you don't treat people the way he does >:(

the character is only lvl 14 so couldn't rank it yet. It doesn't fit any of my lvl 40s and I really didn't feel like a full retcon to slot it in to try it at rank 3.

It is. In the Powerhouse it is the exact same power - it can get the impact advantage as well (though if that is useful... ;) )

If you really like the light trail, it's worth it. If you have spare stipend points, it's fun. If you wanted some completly new, different dunnowhat travel power or plain just aren't into superspeeding then it isn't for you :)
