  • @Eclipse09 - I'm not certain if you are someone that likes to get a rise out of folks, or if you are an owner as you say and don't understand the issue from my perspective. I'll assume the latter and let me know if this helps.

We live in the country, there are animals all around us. We have Donkeys, Chickens and Dogs ourselves. At any give point during the day, there is some noise going on. But it does not persist from any one animal for a long period of time, like it does from these dogs...

  • Sounds like my dogs.Dogs bark.Just get over it.

  • @Eclipse09 continued... This is more about the owners than the animals actually. They have no desire to even try to work with their neighbors on this issue (I am but one). They did for a little bit, and actually have a way to make the barking stop all night, but they are choosing not to. It's a simple respect thing, if you live in a neighborhood, you should try and do what you can to resolve issues. Dogs do bark and Dogs can be trained, it's harder to train the owners.

  • This is terrible. Your neighbors are jerks.

  • I know what you mean! I had 7 barking dogs next door and they barked all night.

All i wanted to do was get back to sleep---but one night, I woke up, I called the police, they said it was a recorded line--they heard the dogs--the officer came out-- woke my neighbors up and shortly after that---------they got rid of the dogs!

    Call the police or sheriff!
