@jimbodude747 There was suppose to be a patch coming for demo but the developers decided to cancel it and release a new demo instead. This is just my guess but the new demo should be coming out sometime next month for the 1 year anniversary of demo v1 which is Feb. 7th 2011. So expect demo v2 to be available on Feb. 7th 2012 or earlier.

@entar0adum it actually plays really well, but it has a different pace than melee. I'd say it's more like 64, but it has tech skill, and it's easier to DI like in Brawl. It's still a demo though so it's not expected to be perfect. One thing I don't like though is that the timing for waveshining with falco and fox changed a little bit. I can't combo well anymore with spacies T_T

I agree about the WDing with the two spacies. It's really hard for me to shine lock falcon -.- Falco isn't so much of a problem and is pretty simple to get used to. It just feels weird WDing with him. I think it's easier to DI in Melee to be honest.

Why would you compile a combo video so soon? This kills hype, because quite frankly, you aren't that good yet. Maybe you can be, but right now, this isn't anything special.

Back in the day, during Melee, combo videos were hype. Only tournament videos were recorded, and people recording their own friendlies while playing, but this took more effort. Thus, combo videos were special, and only the top players had them.

When Brawl came out, and you could save replays, every noob and their mom made one. They're totally uninteresting now, which is why I decided NOT to make one.

i didn't play (well) during the melee era, so i never experienced all that, i only started with brawl and watching those combo videos, sounds like i missed a lot of intense moments...

I hope they change how fast people fall, thats why almost everybody in this demo can do long as chainthrows and long combos to death.Its like melee, but melee is still harder. But they did a good job on everything else.

Wow, that looks retarded. Nothing about the animations or movements look natural, and it looks like the whole game is glitching out. I get that this is just a demo, but I don't see how you can polish that to look at all professional, not with the character animations spazzing out like they're all ADD.

Pretty much the only thing that looked good in that trailer was the Link texture retrofit and his old Spin Attack effect. Those animations need to be fixed, and BAD.

You can get an SD card at any electronic store, walmart, kmart, any supermarket even. You dont need the official wii sd card, just any sd card 2gb or less. They just want your money so they put the Wii brand on some of them and put them at a premium price.
