Haha I got in their before I even knew what it was about what I did was I jumped onto a torch and then got onto the roof of the temple and then I whirlwind sprinted to the roof of the manor and jumped down onto the balcony and picked the lock

i got up on the roof of the other building and used the sprint to burst over to the balcony, it took me forever to figure that out and it wasn't even the correct way -.-

If you dont want to pick the expert lock you can walk around the yard next to the riftwealds house yard and that guy will come out of the yard to come attack you

when i get into the manor all the doors have bars on them and they wont lift btw they tell you to shoot the ramp down at the start of the quest

@TheGiantsandwich Go downstairs, take a left, you will see a door you can open, there is a wardrobe in that room called suspicious cabinet, activate that twice, (it will open) and walk in ;)
