Biggest CON ever, I went to the free seminar today, it's just a really crap sales pitch with some dude (not RK) making everyone feel cheap, with his boring pitch, (some ex-insurance sales men) as I left half way through because I couldn't take his bullshit anymore, the whole room looked at me with this glazed look, they were totally hypnoed out, was this old fart trying to hypnotize us? Selling the three day version for £495?? Worst thing about it everyone looked broke and desperate. Deep!!

Robert Kiyosaki has been right about housing not being an asset, stock markets crashing down in 2010 along with everything being expensive, and the uprising of silver. Have you tried his programs? Sharon Lechtar has a chip on her shoulder, and yes, partnerships do die. Bill Gates actually stole the Microsoft idea from someone else and made a huge profit. Warren Buffet got into the stock market when everything was nice and steady and made a company that revolves around the stock market to keep his cash flow.
Of both conventional and financial education, you have neither.

Oh stop with John T Reed. John T Reed nuthugged Donald Trump until Donald created "Trump University" and co-wrote a book with Kiyosaki, now he trashes him. John T Reed's approach to marketing is simple "These 'gurus' are stupid and I can teach better. Buy my books!" that simple strategy works towards simple minded people who love 'feuds'.
Also, Rich Dad Poor Dad was written in 1997. So yeah, its outdated. That's why there's new books.

It has been said that John T Reed has only owned 10 properties since the 80's when he started. That's not a very good track record. But hey, his simple marketing works towards simple minded people. And its not THAT hard to fake your background by hiring some computer nerds to photoshop checks and contracts. Also, why would Robert have to prove anything? He already has conspiracy theorists ready to track down everyone he knows if he mentions names.

I'd say he is best known for helping millions of people to advance their financial capabilities rather than being best known for a book he wrote.

The money he does have was made from convincing suckers to attend his dumb seminars. I have wealthy friends and they all say there are two rules to get rich.

@cjbammc I do agree with Robert BUT Trump took him in 'cause he was trying to promote HIS own book that was not doing all that well....so what better than to get the best selling author to promote it (watch the promotion an you will see). remember both of them are first in it to make money and THAN to educate us ! Having said that Robert is correct in most things he says.

Just because it did not work for you does not mean it will not work for others, everyone has a little different response and understanding of this program. The principles are honest and true. He is listened too because he owns 1400 apartments and other businesses and now he does make some money teaching others but he is not a fake!

@JungleListSoldier It's not "What Kind" of Business that is important but "WHO" is the investor that is creating a Business. Also your financial Literacy is what makes you "rich" and that comes from what you are studying, who is showing you (a mentor) then actually going out there and doing it! So experience with the right attitude plays a huge part in becoming rich.

@Exclusive1Marketing Alot of people still stuck on the old ways of thinking and ignore the cashflow quadrant. Truth is...the days of going to school and getting that good job are over. Trust me, you can always be replaced and your boss will kick you to the curb if it saves his business money no matter how educated you are. Robert knows what he is talking about and he does rock.

@JungleListSoldier On the other hand, he supposedly makes $2+ million per month not counting his book sales & seminars. Further, he is reported to have started writing his books AFTER he was rich.
Lastly, just because he makes money by telling people how to make money, doesn't necessarily render his information untrue. It can be argued that the best way to make money is first to listen to people who know how to make money.

I'm not Kiyosaki's advocate, but I do advocate REASONABLE refutations and INTELLIGENT rebuttals, not ad hominems that are more a slur on people's name and impugn someone's honor.
He offered his views. You disagree? Fine...refute him. Thus far all you have shown is that, with spurious reasoning, you doubt his assertions.
