I think with Riddler you have to get a certain number of his trophies, then his radio signal becomes available to crack, and then you can find where he's set up a riddle for you. I'm not sure, though.

Theres an easier way to defeat Ras al ghul. When your battling him just use the explosive gel twice on his men then use the electrical gun on the one thats most green. that should automaticaly take you to the cutscene
