@BabyDrow0160 I think September saw himself at the side of the road. The Observer is observing himself. These guys can move through space and time the way I go to the corner store. So a paradox is like nothing for them. I think that because Walter was so good to him it gave him the motivation to save the Bishops from the frozen lake. September was the first to break the rules and showed compassion for people. Dunno. I'm seeing this from a writer's point of view.
