Will the Route 15 trolley still run on the remaining track when the I-95 project begins? Or will they substitute buses?

@Tubes12AX7k 63rd-Girard to Frankford-Girard (route extended to Frankford-Delaware) will be served by trolley. Everything else is supposed to be served by a separate bus route.
