I happen to personally know the guy in the video, and attend the school that it is from. For Halloween the entire housing and I believe the Student Union Office dressed up as people from infomertials. He chose to dress up like Billy Mays, and I must say Jeff did a great impression of him...eerily good. Anyways, the point is that is was a fun one day thing and they chose to share it with world. Pretty sure he would have done this impression even if Billy Mays was still with us.You rocck Jeff!!!
