  • awesome! I recently camped and hiked there, (closest state park to me) , was about a 2 hr drive but well worth it, I've been looking into investing in a kayak, but want something I can stay dry in to be able to camp in winter...any suggestions?

Thanks, I was at the park just last weekend it's about a 2 hour drive for me too. I would suggest visiting Pack and Paddle in Lafayette for kayak advice. They have many boats in stock and a very experienced staff to help you decide what will fit you and which boat would best fulfill your expectations.
