Really nice review. The Galaxy note is just freaking amazing! I have a Galaxy S2 at the moment and I have really started to become interested in the note, but I kinda have a problem with the size. I usually don't hear tight pants and most of the pants I own are sorta baggy. So I guess it wouldn't be too much of a problem. Samsung must really have the competition thinking right now. Excellent device without a doubt!

I think these videos are great. I had this adw theme but was concerned about how to use it practically on my desk, with one keyboard kindov thing. so i was switching back to other launchers that dont really satisfy like spb, go ex etc. All I have to say is this is the best for horizontal usage. someone at xda had a dockbar with adw launcher in this horizontal mode. i would like to know how they did that.

The most notable big advantage towards the iPhone is the battery!

When i play about an hour its no problem to get over the day. This is nearly impossible with the iPhone or other comparable phones in such a "small" size

There's and ATT version for you guys but it has a slightly worse processor but LTE.. so if you want 4G speeds that could be for you. Mind you the GSIII will be epic too.

The note is the best atm but in 4 months, the game will feature quad cores :P

You make great videos and I love the way you make that note look like. It just looks so amazing. Its just so cool . I know you have made a video tutorial on how to make it look like that, but if its not too much trouble for you could you please make a list of apps you loaded on your Galaxy Note in the description?

I don't understand the people who say you'll look stupid talking on a phone this size... why?... It goes from your ear to your mouth... isn't that what a phone is supposed to do?... Many land line phones are still that size or bigger and nobody thinks they looks strange.

If you ask me, people holding tiny iph0ne sized things up to their head look stupid. They look like a toy. People have gotten so used to using tiny phones that they have forgotten how silly it actually looks.

People keep complaining that galaxy note is BLOODY Laggy... whether it is on browsing internet or the gaming part like "air hockey" ??? so have u experienced some laggy issues?? Thanks.. I'm so curious about it, that most plp say galaxy note will never ever smooth that iphone4s... so is that true?

well I never really had any lag actually especially with the latest firmware, it flies. The ONLY lag I have is when I switch between browser windows. Apart from that, its very smooth I own both an ios and wp7 device and imo I think only wp7 is smoother but saying all this, ice cream sandwich will help a lot.

Returning to SGN - because you covered most of the topic on this phone/tablet, I would like to ask, if you can make a video about camera in this device? I mean - can it replace your compact camera as well as Nokia N8? Can it shoot HDR photos?

Right on! It's my thesis topic for mechanical engineering. What are you studying? And as for the camera, I probably will make a video in the next few weeks. HDR photos are possible through camera 360 but not the native app. It's a good camera and I have a gallery of photos ice taken with it using camera 360, and very impressive :D

Got a G-Note and two things irk me a little.

=> There's a spot on the right side of the back cover that creeks a little when i hold it in my hands.

=> The volume rocker also creeks when i reduce the volume.

Apart from these, the phone is really amazing. Definitely the best phone out atm.

The only problem which I have with my note is that I can't find a word app which allows me to rotate images :/ its not much but it was annoying when I found out. Do you know any word apps which allow me to do so? Thanks... And nice video, all my mates are taking the Pisa out of me for having such a large phone lol :)

Thanks for the video. I've just got the G Note myself and it's fantastic. It's my first Samsung device in 6-7 years. I was using HTC smartphones since Windows Mobile 5.0 all the way up the Android via the HTC Desire. Just like you I would recommend the G Note all day. I'm happy with it now, and when it gets ICS, it would be like a whole new device
