Shes a cutie! However, you really should tighten her car seats straps and move her chest clip up to armpit level. The way you've got her in there is basically not protecting her at all. And she looks like she's outgrown that seat.
To be safe, though, her harness straps need to be untwisted and tightened- they should be tight enough that you cannot pinch any slack, if they are too loose she risks being ejected in an accident. The chest clip should be at armpit level, and if/when she has less than 1 inch of shell above her head she has outgrown the seat and needs to move to a rear-facing convertible like the cosco scenera or evenflo triumph advance.
