Difference between Charcoal Grill and Gas Grill.

Charcoal Grill: heat up charcoal by dousing with lighter fluid or using charcoal chimney(that wastes a lotta damn time), and put hot charcoal in grill or smoker, for temperature to increase(also wastes some damn time).

Gas Grill: hook up propane tank to gas grill, turn on gas grill, and you're A-OK.

@beyb7 You can get things that look like wood chips to do that :) they have different flavors. we use "hickory" hope that helps
