If some procedures are not going to be effective it would be DUMB to perform them.

I listened to a clip Beck played on his radio show about how a "panel" will determine what procedures to perform. Only the ones that won't be effective won't be performed to bring down costs. Beck used that to talk about "death panels". "See, they are going to determine what tests can be performed, thus it's a death panel". The keyword, Beck, is "EFFECTIVE". If some procedures are not going to be effective it would be DUMB to perform them.

@darkwarriorkane Well incase you haven't noticed even a lot of conservatives are claiming it as false and criticizing it, but I will say a lot of websites, even youtube videos prove you can't take them seriously, because a lot of websites and even some people who upload youtube videos, have caught MSNBC in a bunch of lies, and if they can catch them lying, then how can you take anything they say serious and credible?

Mr. Olbermann has the right to say everything he said. And MSNBC has every right to pay him to do so.
At the same time, this is not journalism. He falls into the same category as Beck, O'Rielly, and Maddow. Showing an image of an early 20th century lynching is irresponsible. In fact, this clip is fraught with irresponsible accusations.
Then again, he is hired to entertain his audience, and he is well within legal bounds to do so.
Enjoy your 1st Amendment rights while you have them, Keith.
