  • Ele cortou por cima e tirou as sementes com uma colhger.salgou e levou ao forno.Eu faço diferente: Corto a parte de cima,retiro as sementes e coloco na agua fervente cim sal por 6 minutos.So isso!O restante do preparo fica a criterio.
