Yes Toby, it is transposed. The original key is, well, a bit complicated. But if you think about where the melody comes in (0:47), in the original it should be a C natural against a Gb major 7 chord (i.e., Gbmaj7 #11).
This version was done a semitone lower, so the chord becomes Fmaj7 #11, or Fmaj 7 with a B natural over it, if you prefer. (F, A, C, E, +B)

Best track on the album? There is something really compelling about the synth chord comping, and the almost lazy, birdlike grace the guitar has.

Errr, I mean it's transposed up. So the chord becomes G maj 7 # 11, or G maj 7 with a C# in the melody.
