This guy was being chased after a bank robbery, a home invasion, and an auto theft. He got what he deserved. As for the cop, I love how he just walks it off while the suspect is obviously messed up. Denver Police certainly doesn't have the best image, but not all of them are crooks. Some, like these guys, risk their lives daily with intentions of saving yours, the innocent public.

Police can be aggressive especially after chasing someone. He probably had a weapon or at least the police thought he did. Maybe the guy shouldn't have run? They always get caught when they run. Some of the comments here are unbelievable. I'm sure the cop driving the car didn't mean to hit anybody especially another officer. If you watch the video, you can see that the criminal and the cop chasing on foot changed direction and pretty much ran into the oncoming police car.

This isn't police brutality. The officer hit another policemen which he obviously wouldn't want to do, they just darted on the road quickly and I don't think he had a chance to stop. As for the others restraining him forcefully after he got hit, only two cops actually witnessed the crash and one was in the car so may not have perceived the extent of the incident.

Hands are only considered deadly weapons if the person is registered martial arts expert and you are way missing the point. A police officer is prohibited from using deadly force if the suspect is unarmed. If this guy is guilty of a serious crime, it will be the actions of the police officers in the way they apprehended him that gives him a 'get out of jail free' card.
