Misteor is the name of the artist of a bunch of Belphegor pictures, and I have to say more than half of the pictures you have in your slide aren't even Belphegor himself.

Many of them are female or are from Dur en Grey, Angel Sanctuary, or random assortments of others.

Yeah, the anime guy's name is Belphegor and he's from the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. I don't think he's actually showed up in it yet, but I've seen screenshots of him. He's bolnde in the anime.
