Stel je voor wij sturen Anouk en zij zou verliezen, niet echt een carriere boost (ook al zou alleen de media dat echt denken). I watched from Australia and I really liked this song. I just cannot believe it did not go through. My idea of a top 10 was vastly different from the European vote. I still really enjoyed it this year, and I think Netherlands Well Done.
EV is all about politics and economy, so biased.. a shame, they shouldn't be calling themselves a music contest then. This band is amazing, Dutch people deserve way more than what they are given. i'm russian and happy - in a way - that Ukraine and Azerbajdzhan got so high up, its about time world heard about existence of both countries ;), but c'mon - 3JS and the slovenian singer - both level above others here. Ik moet zeggen dat ik dit nummer best goed vind en ben niet gauw blij met de ingezonden liedjes. Begrijp dan ook zeker niet dat het zo weinig stemmen kreeg. Het liedje wat won was echt heel slecht en was onbegrijpelijk dat het won. We moeten gewoon niet meer meedoen, want we maken geen schijn van kans. Zoals meer zeggen we moeten maar wat meiden in korte rokjes sturen. Mijn echtgenoot vindt dat we Doutzen en Yolante moeten sturen (lol), misschien heeft hij wel wat.....
klote Nederland, word helemaal gek van die kut Volendammers, had gewoon een lekkere kut op het podium gezet.. Nederland loopt achter met de "kwaliteiten" van andere landen, dat hoeft niet slecht te zijn.. maar daardoor hebben we wel mooi verloren!
We moeten gewoon meer opvallen. Goed zingen is niet genoeg als je niet zo goed bevriend bent met de andere landen. We moeten een lekker ding op het podium zetten in een gewaagde, maar wel sexy outfit. Met een dijk van een stem en daar dan heel veel special effects bij doen. Zo halen we misschien wél de finale.

Ok... Het was absoluut niet een nummer dat had moeten winnen, maar anderzijds was het ook niet het slechtste. Ik dacht werkelijk dat we eruit zouden vliegen, totdat ik de inzending van Maldova en Iereland zag.. Toen dacht ik ineens dat we weer kans hadden. Maar tot mijn grote verbazing gingen zowat de slechtste nummers van donderdag door.. Dan wil ik niet eens meer winnen....
ik heb alle uitslagen gekeken en ik zag dat nederland als allerlaatste is geïndigt, niet alleen van de 2de halve finale maar OOK van de 1ste halve finale, polen was daar laatste met 19 punten en wij hadden in de 2de halvefinale maar 13 punten. (slik)
kom op zeg dat kan toch egt niet, sommige landen die in de finale staat ware egt superslecht, ik vind dat we niet meer mee moeten doen want het is toch alleen maar vriendjespolitiek daar.
tja... ik vind het liedje wel leuk maar ze stonden er niet echt enthousiast bij. Als ze wat meer hadden bewogen was het ook wat meer geweest. Niet veel maar ja... Je moet gewoon met een goed genoeg nummer komen, en daarop heeft ook Azerbeidzjan gewonnen. De goede reactie zou zijn: blijkbaar kiezen we geen goed nummer. Zou je dit liedje gaan opzoeken als je het hoorde, omdat je het zo leuk vind? Dit klinkt goed op de radio, wat zo'n beetje staat voor "een liedje waarbij niemand een andere zender opzet". Het is niemands favoriete nummer, so we lost.
Ten eerste; Laat een andere omroep het festival voor z'n rekening nemen. Daar begint het mee; De TROS (what's in a name). Ga eens echt eerlijk na waarom we de laatste jaren in de laagste regionen belanden. Dit was goed, maar dus niet goed genoeg, in de semifinals als allerlaatste beland (slik). Het moet anders, iig. laat het toch niet over aan de TROS!

I have a great idea, since we are last now, why not try it with Glennis Grace again and let her sing a fenomenal song on top of that, a mindblowing performance? If we indeed won't go through to the final with her again, we should consider not to participate in the ESC ever again, because how great it is, the way she sings Afscheid and Empire State of Mind must be recognised by everyone, even the jury and of course the rest of Europe :)

Ook zijn er zoveel nederlandse artiesten die we volgend jaar kunnen sturen. Bijv: Anouk, Ilse de Lange, whitin temptation hoorde ik laatst zeggen. Zolang ze engels zingen en geen shalali shalala :P

Je moet gewoon met een goed genoeg nummer komen, en daarop heeft ook Azerbeidzjan gewonnen. De goede reactie zou zijn: blijkbaar kiezen we geen goed nummer. Zou je dit liedje gaan opzoeken als je het hoorde, omdat je het zo leuk vind? Dit klinkt goed op de radio, wat zo'n beetje staat voor "een liedje waarbij niemand een andere zender opzet". Ten eerste; Laat een andere omroep het festival voor z'n rekening nemen. Daar begint het mee; De TROS (what's in a name). Ga eens echt eerlijk na waarom we de laatste jaren in de laagste regionen belanden. Dit was goed, maar dus niet goed genoeg, in de semifinals als allerlaatste beland (slik). Het moet anders, iig. laat het toch niet over aan de TROS!

Even if we sended all of the Netherlands we still wouldn't have gotten to the finals.
All the europian votes are based on political friendship so we would only have Belgium because of the language we speak. Countries live Moldova would have Serbia, Slovakia and many more.
That's why they did go through and we didn't!

I'm almost ashamed of being half spanish just because of the people they send to Eurovision. As if it wasn't enough with Chiquilicuatre two years ago, or Las Ketchup, a few years ago... I have a great idea, since we are last now, why not try it with Glennis Grace again and let her sing a fenomenal song on top of that, a mindblowing performance? If we indeed won't go through to the final with her again, we should consider not to participate in the ESC ever again, because how great it is, the way she sings Afscheid and Empire State of Mind must be recognised by everyone, even the jury and of course the rest of Europe :)
