pulse check should only be done immediately wen der is a organized rytm to identify if it is PEA or sinus rytm,.. in dis case he check pulse during vfib rytm

and delay d pulse check at a sinus rytm instead he give rescue breath, wat if d rytm is pea and u didnt check ur pulse...

please check my video and post failures. for example i thought you should give 2 breaths before checking pulse. after shocking resume CPR immeadetly für 2 minutes (or 5 cycles), then check rhythm again and shock 200J - resume CPR immeadetely - ...
