When you download a song, choose a location and underneath where it says the name of the file, click the dropdown list thinggy and click "all *something*" then at the end of the file name put .wav

Them you must be doing something wrong just try and do it again and look at the video and then try to do it by yourself but go slow to make sure you get it right sorry!
