I really don't get what this producer was thinking! These aren't even near the best Ann Wilson can offer, vocally. Why on Earth would they use a take where her voice cracks? (around 1:50 for example). I've seen videos of them playing this song live, and she absolutely kills it! No cracking, no weakness, nothing. So I challenge anyone who says her voice is starting to go just from watching this, to watch some of their live 2011 videos!

Went on my 1st date to a Heart concert 11.13.76, they've been my fav every since. At first I didn't get the "new" Heart. This song doesn't have a "catchy" melody, but, if you consider all of Heart (& Anne's) remakes of Led Zeppelin's tunes, the influence is obvious. I don't know Ann and Nancy personally but whenever I see them on interviews or on VH1 they both seem to have hearts of gold. Really awesome people and I am so happy to see both sisters are still rocking. Go girls....You are two of my personal heroes as my sister and I are both musicians. I sing Crazy on You and Magic Man at karaoke too. I love the Wilson Sisters!

Okay so that was bugging me for awhile. Anyway this song's great and she still has the power so that's a relief/great thing.
Also great to see Nancy with her guitar. She's good inspiration for learning. Rock steady and if Ann's Robert Plant in girl form I feel like Nancy's Pete Townsend's guitar equal. But then they're both always Ann and Nancy and you just know who you're listening to a few secs into a song.

I know Ann was never meant to be a Skinny Minnie. I don't expect ever to see Twiggy Ann Wilson ya know? Thing is cortisone can make people really puffy and I know when people have throat problems cortisone's one short term solution. Her being a singer I wonder if it's all her natural shape or if it's maybe partly cortisone or even steroids. I know they're prescribed for breathing problems(my mom has to take them). A mild problem for someone else could be big for a performer ya know?

I am so happy that Heart made a "back to the roots", heard rockin album. I think it's so awful when legends start putting out watered down, soft songs. I wont name names, but most of you who've bought newer albums of older performers know what I'm talking about. So, here's to HEART for rockin' out, old school. Oh, and previews of Stevie Nicks' new album are also stellar. Maybe the rock guys just need viagra to keep up with these girls.
