That "strange" guy is actually the ferryman (or Charon). Don't you remember him? He was awaiting us in the Underground Waters. Thanks to you I could finally find the pic of the moment when we see him through the telescope. That's really interesting because it is a pointless yet mysterious action.

I had so much god damn trouble finding the Jewel Knuckles. I kept pressing UP and down and stuff. So you just have to wait? Lame.
