my friend got h1n1 and he said it was a joke. he still went to school and played on the sports team. people are way overreacting. the best way to defend yourself is to get outside an exercise rather than injecting more stuff into your body for immune system to fight. more than 75% of the US is vitamin D deficient and vitamin D is necessary for your immune system to work.

It is painful to hear this story & the grief of a mother losing her beautiful child.

I'm scared about this whole flu situation. Some people who I respect a lot say don't take the vaccine due to side effects, etc and others who I also respect are urging the public to take the h1n1.

The vaccine isn't available anywhere near where I live. So who knows what's going to happen. I don't know anyone who was able to get the vaccine too.

If she was asking for water right before dying, then is obvious that she did not get properly hydrated. Was she given the IVs properly? Let us remember that death by dehydration happens by heart failure. What kill her; the flu or an improper administration of IV? Possibly the flu, but it would be a good idea to investigate.
