My great aunt came here from canada when this happened. She was in her eighties and I was way younger than that. She and I felt our first earthquake. I had a scratchy throat, so I was gargling salt water. If I would have started a few seconds later, I would have spat water all over my mom!!!!!!!!!

I live in Vancouver Canada.. Just along the coast from you basically and we're SOOOOOOO late for an earthquake.. We've been expecting a HUGE one for a good 15-20 years now and they keep talking about it on the news every week.. I'm scared shitless that Vancouver will become the new Haiti. ;~;

hahahaha! you should see us australians during earthquakes! we find them fascinating and we laugh through them- but we do go through them quit alot! even the big ones (6.0 or larger) when they get to violent- then we do what you have to do during quakes and get into the emergency plans!
