i moved to another town 8 months ago to study at a university - all of my new friends are scientists who work "24/7". no quality time with them, always working on sth. (me too), peer pressure to get good grades (no mistakes allowed). no singing under the shower because my roommate will be pissed about it, guys with notebooks appear to be gay (definitely not my opinion) here in germany.

With all respect to 2 and 4 - I have used a tablet PC for over half a decade now, and I much prefer to use it than a notebook. Not only that, but with Corel Painter loaded on it, I have all the paints, charcoals, pastels, markers, blenders, etc. I want with me at all times. Its not the tool that is the issue, its how people use in. ;)
