two weeks or month. you are right, $200 A month is not something most people can afford, but if you are serious about building a steady residual income that you will do what you have to do in your chosen business within that first month to negate that overhead cost.

You bring up some legit points, everyday there’s always brand new companies that are coming out and it’s only a matter of time until they start changing their comp plan once every 4 months, raising the price of their products and the amount of money it cost to join their program. What’s working for the average person these days is an affordable opportunity that doesn’t change things with their program every so often and a program that cares about their distributors.

Seems like you just didn't want to put in the work to build the business the right way. It's pretty easy for anyone to get in MonaVie and get your products payed for in the first month of signing up. Not cool to use MonaVie in a negative way to promote your lower-class business, but good luck with that though.
One last point/question Marcus.... Your promoting a $20 product... why are you using the MonaVie name to get attention, no one ever teach you about ethical marketing?

Marcus to answer is simple... there are 2 parts to the company, the business which needs to be shown to people LOOKING for a business not friends and family and the product which can be marketed to people who have a need for it, those looking for a health/energy supplement or a weight loss product.
Try and promote the business to average joes who do not want a business and its a big fat NO... try to sell the product to a business person and they won't know what to do with it.. again its a NO. Business concept is simple and works... find 2 and teach them how to help 2....that is it! Product is cheap if I buy 2 cases and have earnings coming in from having others use the product and they have the same etc.

That said, from my experience Mona Vie, its been great. it was introduced through one of my friends (18 and making $2500 a week, n like me sr in high school too). Its a great product, and it only works for those dedicated. that stat that says 15% succeed (probably bs) but those were people who wanted a change in life.
Is it easy? yea, but only if you work for it. You can't be discouraged or lazy in this to succeed.

As for affording Mona Vie, I am a student (not on student loans) and I pay my way to/from school everyday and I work a job at only eight dollars an hour. Yes it's expensive but you have to stop thinking about it as a cost, its an investment. I have become a better person by hanging out with the positive and compassionate people that do the business! May have been hard for you is that you are not connecting with your people. People don't care how much you know they want to know how much you care.
monavie and other pyramid schemes make so much money because the people on the bottom almost always take a loss. In fact only 15 percent of people who join it make a profit so the rest goes to lining the pockets of the higher ups. A brilliant business as long as there are idiots to fill the void.
@srs258 YEP, and if people expect to qualify for bigger commission checks, they must purchase TONS of products month after month, whether they need all of that product or not and that's basically how a lot of these companies make even more money off of people. When people are paying for overpriced products and NOT making any money, it gets VERY discouraging and I can pretty much see why so many people would dropout so quickly.
@TheRonny305 - I did some research on the company and compensation package. Its not a pyramid for a number of reasons. The people you sign-up can surpass you and make more money. People who sign you up are simply sponsors. If your sponsor decides not to be active in the business he/she will not make money but you will.
But I don't see how this is different than any company out there. All sales organizations are the same look at IBM. Try to climb the corporate ladder. No chance.

My HUGE issue with Monavie is that most new comers that join will struggle to find people who can afford the product? The strength of Monavie’s pay plan is based on the 2 case auto-ship right?...(That’s $240 a month??) @tamekabrigham Hello, very good concerns you raised. I too had the very same concerns with MonaVie. MonaVie understands the economy and have changed a lot of things with the company. 1) 1 - 2 - Free program. If you have 2 preferred customers your product is free plus you get $50 cash. 2) MonaVie loyalty program. We have cards we can use at major national chains that will save a family between $2K to $4K annually.
@tamekabrigham As far as time goes, I understand that being married and having four children too. It's true you must share the information and product. On average we spend 20 hours a week with the business. We do not consider that to be too much. And my wife if a full-time insurance agent. We know we are building for our childrens futures. It's a new credit system that doesn't even charge your credit card once you get 2 customers. Hope that helps!
also, monavie uses cock suckers like paintballgod (yes @paintballgod , i am talking to you ) to show that almost anybody can have a profitable business with hardwork in monavie or other mlm which by reasons I just mentioned, is not true (only a few will profit)
So the distributor (with no skill of selling and not knowing that only the first make money in mlm) was the main customer all along. This is how monavie is able to sell their overprized product because if it was in stores, no one would buy it

Since their isnt a middle man; the money goes to them and the distributors; and we are the billboards around the world. And Monavie was also on a few commercials as well such as THE DOCTORS. But Im sure people have tried and wondered where they could find the product and soon realized its a MLM perhaps.
The thing is that most people are not looking at the GIANT!!!!!! picture. Businesses such as monavie know that most people are not capable of selling the product with their skills. But by telling them that they can "(along with telling them the positive things about drinking monavie), the distributors keep buying and buying with little succees of selling it until they finally give up.
the speakers also use cliches such as "you need spend money to make money" to keep people in their business and enforce the false belief that if they keep spending, it will eventually pay off. But like you said, people dont know nothing about marketing a product so its enivitable that their business will fail.
but when they join,they find out is not easy at all. Its a scheme (not a pyramid scheme but it is a scheme). In order to get big in these mlm businesses, you have to get in early which means that less than 10 percent are going to succeed. The people who get sucked into these mlm businesses (such as monavie) are people who are told all these so "called facts" about the product such as "its healthy... its an exotic fruit...it cures .....ect." which makes it seem like a legit and easy product to sell.

For $151 a month you get a month supply of meal replacement. thats 30 meals. 151/30 = $5.03 per meal. It is true- for him. His points are legitimate and profound! 1. A $240. monthly investment, just for the 2 case auto-ship is a pretty steep one for newcomers. This does not include additional monthly costs for attending meetings, showing plans, etc... which is becoming the old way of MLM very quickly. 2. There is a time commitment with any MLM Biz Opp, but it is what you do with that time and how many qualified people you can get your product and info. into with you time.

To be honest, my issuses with Monavie, Quickstar, Amway or whatever other get rich quick scam out there is that after a while, I ended up becoming "that guy" that EVERYONE tried desperately to avoid. I've actualy been told by an old school mate that everytime he sees my phone number, he thinks, "Oh crap, what is he selling now? Should I answer the phone or let it ring?" To answer your question, yes. I know a handful of people making money with MonaVie. The reason why you say many are leaving and why you yourself left is because you didn't run your MonaVie business the right way. For starters, do not allow negativity to enter your thoughts. With MonaVie, the world population is your market. Short term sacrifice means long term reward and i cannot tell you how true that is. I'm 20 years old, and every week I make money doing this. It has certainly paid off.
FYI - you can get a better product, if its the health benefit you're looking for, for a fraction of the price from Costco. thats not opinion, thats fact. That said, from my experience Mona Vie, its been great. it was introduced through one of my friends (18 and making $2500 a week, n like me sr in high school too). Its a great product, and it only works for those dedicated. that stat that says 15% succeed (probably bs) but those were people who wanted a change in life.
Is it easy? yea, but only if you work for it. You can't be discouraged or lazy in this to succeed.

As for affording Mona Vie, I am a student (not on student loans) and I pay my way to/from school everyday and I work a job at only eight dollars an hour. Yes it's expensive but you have to stop thinking about it as a cost, its an investment. I have become a better person by hanging out with the positive and compassionate people that do the business! People who sign you up are simply sponsors. If your sponsor decides not to be active in the business he/she will not make money but you will.

My HUGE issue with Monavie is that most new comers that join will struggle to find people who can afford the product? The strength of Monavie’s pay plan is based on the 2 case auto-ship right?...(That’s $240 a month??) MonaVie understands the economy and have changed a lot of things with the company. 1) 1 - 2 - Free program. If you have 2 preferred customers your product is free plus you get $50 cash. 2) MonaVie loyalty program. We have cards we can use at major national chains that will save a family between $2K to $4K annually.

For $151 a month you get a month supply of meal replacement. thats 30 meals. 151/30 = $5.03 per meal. I dare you to find a full meal for less that contains even close to MonaVies level of nutrients :). You're doing it wrong if you're dressing up in a suit in tie every time you show someone. Delivering the product?? it gets delivered directly to their door by a courier company..

The don;'t sale is a sales pitch. Monavie product is so strange it almost a cult like following. i feel that people go to far with believing in a product. The owners are taking advantage of people. They make billions and hand out a few trips and cars and dangle this carrot of hope and sucesss. They make a lot of money and they are aware and comfortable with one time buyers. They don't make their return policy clear. The juice and rvl are great, but not worth the money. Go to GNC.

Monavie didn't fail you bro, you failed because you quit..., it's just like when you start a business.. the first 3 years will make you or break you.. the first 3 years you are losing money because of the investment/sacrifices you make. It's like Monavie..in the beginning you will have to fork out money to maintain your 1 or 2 cases until those cases get paying for themselves... you have to stick with it, it's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a get rich for sure scheme

It is true- for him. His points are legitimate and profound! 1. A $240. monthly investment, just for the 2 case auto-ship is a pretty steep one for newcomers. This does not include additional monthly costs for attending meetings, showing plans, etc... which is becoming the old way of MLM very quickly. 2. There is a time commitment with any MLM Biz Opp, but it is what you do with that time and how many qualified people you can get your product and info. into with you time.

About an hour later i learned that the old lady was not very well educated and earning somewhere around USD 1,800.00 per week..

To be honest, my issuses with Monavie, Quickstar, Amway or whatever other get rich quick scam out there is that after a while, I ended up becoming "that guy" that EVERYONE tried desperately to avoid. I've actualy been told by an old school mate that everytime he sees my phone number, he thinks, "Oh crap, what is he selling now? Should I answer the phone or let it ring?" I had never realised what these "home buisnesses" were doing to my social life. Think about it people. Just think about it. :(

Have you ever owned your own business? I have and it cost way more than $150 every month. My overhead per month was upwards of $3000 and that was a small heating and a/c business. Everyone that I talk to knows a great opportunity like Monavie when it comes along and NONE of them have a problem paying $150 per month to own their own business. (p.s. the $150 covers the cost of your product that you consume.)

So you made $100,000 on a $20 buy-in? So assuming there's no product (which makes it an illegal pyramid scheme) you would need 5000 people in your group. I have friends that were in monavie and left because only there upline was making the money. The price Wow! to much. Im doing something that is 1/4 of the price with great results and the pay is fantatsic. I would be using the product even if I was not in the business. I wish you and other much success.

I've been in Monavie for over 1 year, and the biggest problem I see is people do not take it serious, this is a business, it's your business they need to treat it like a million dollar business. To answer your question, yes. I know a handful of people making money with MonaVie. The reason why you say many are leaving and why you yourself left is because you didn't run your MonaVie business the right way. For starters, do not allow negativity to enter your thoughts. With MonaVie, the world population is your market. Short term sacrifice means long term reward and i cannot tell you how true that is. I'm 20 years old, and every week I make money doing this. It has certainly paid off.

FYI - you can get a better product, if its the health benefit you're looking for, for a fraction of the price from Costco. thats not opinion, thats fact. There are independent scientific studies available. In terms of making money if you were one of the lucky early ones you stand to make a ton of dough as long as the fad continues. That's what multi level marketing is! So if you're after making money go to a market that hasn't yet been tapped and get yourself to the top of that pyramid!
