It's quite simple really. First off, they are speaking about OJ Simpson's trial and whether he's a murderer or not, secondly, there's Obama's campaign and lastly, they are talking about a hurricane ravaging across the country.
Explanation:
They are trying to link Obama to OJ Simpson's murderous activities and hurricane Ike's rampage.
This is actually a technique that the media uses a lot, to create sensation.

Are you crazy. My daughter is from Michigan and, I used to visit there a lot, not to mention my friends grew up there. Michigan was in trouble long before Obama thought about running for President.
