Just the Wii. For one there is alot of things it seems like this game takes advantage of that only the Wii could do. YOu can use a Gamecube controller to play this though if you want.

That may not be the case. According to the site, there's a good chance of a delay, since Japan's version got delayed 'till January, but Sakurai states that he's hoping to go and finish the game without any sudden incidents.
